FBI kit rolls out to protect Obama's inauguration

With as many as 1 million people expected to throng the streets of Washington for the inauguration of US president Barack Obama, the FBI is rolling into place hundreds of people and a fleet of vehicles and technology to make the event secure, from a mobile command post to an armoured assault vehicle and a toughened chamber designed to contain and tranport a bomb.
