Review : Great comeback

A welcome new paperback edition of a lovely but ridiculously overpriced book.
In Game Theory and Its Applications (Butterworth Heinemann, £19.99, ISBN 0
7506 2369 1), Andrew Colman writes clearly, with many examples of the
application of game theory in the real world, and gives the best discussion we
have seen of the Prisoner’s Dilemma. Considerably updated from the first
edition; essential for psychologists and fascinating for others.
