Bytes : Senate caught in Net

Cyberspace has reached the Australian parliament. Last
month, via a Web site, more than 14 000 people signed an electronic petition to
the Senate asking the government to reconsider the planned introduction of timed
local calls. The petitioners claim that timed calls will boost the cost of
