Dodgy decisions?

It is well worth keeping an eye on the flood of press releases being issued
by the British government in the run-up to the parliamentary recess
(http://www.coi.gov.uk/coi/depts/deptlist.html). This is the traditional time
for the government to slip out dodgy decisions, in the sure knowledge that MPs
will have forgotten the row after their holidays.
