Calling all joggers: want to be really annoying in peaceful parks? That’s the
promise from SBH of St Louis, Missouri, which has come up with the idea of
musical running shoes (W0 98/42220). The heel of the shoe contains a music
memory chip, amplifier and speaker. Before a run, you plug your shoe into a
hi-fi, or an Internet music site, and download some tunes. A motion-sensitive
switch plays the music when you start running.
