Blown away

Japan has lost its second H-2 rocket in just seven launches. Ground
controllers took the decision to blow up the rocket minutes after its launch on
15 November after the main engine cut out. The H-2 is a heavy launch vehicle
designed to put satellites into geostationary orbit.
