Bored with Santa party hats? James Kapas of New Jersey has a better idea (WO
00/60968). His conical hat with helter-skelter patterns on its surface is sealed
to your scalp. A battery-powered motor inside it turns the cone, making it look
like an “imaginative and delightful” screw, threading into the air above your
head. James says previous rotating hats have all been wind-powered, so they only
work outdoors.
