Too lazy to wander through the stores looking for a crisp white shirt to go
with your blue trousers? You need a smart wardrobe—the next big thing
after the Internet fridge. Dreamed up at consultancy Accenture in California,
the wardrobe has sensors that read electronic tags describing the style, cut and
colour of your clothes to its built-in computer. Ask it to find a shirt to match
your trousers and the computer gets busy, searching online stores until it finds
one. The results show up on the wardrobe’s touchscreen.
