I DON’T LIKE FRIDAYS

Mondays aren’t necessarily the worst day of the week. Patients discharged from hospitals on Fridays are more likely to die in the following month than those sent home during the week. University of Toronto researchers analysed the records of more than 2.4 million adults who were admitted as emergencies and then discharged from hospitals in Canada between 1990 and 2000.
