LEWIS, the world’s first robotic photographer will happily take snaps of guests at your parties, leaving you free to socialise or get hog-whimpering drunk. The robot’s masters, Cindy Grimm and Bill Smart at Washington University in St Louis, Missouri, say they have programmed Lewis to take photos at least as well as a decent amateur. That means not ruining party pics by cutting off people’s faces or getting sticky fingers in front of the lens.
