Michael Brooks rated J. Richard Gott’s Time Travel in Einstein’s Universe (Phoenix, £7.99) highly in his review (19 May 2001, page 48) – so highly that you’ll find a slice of it embellishing the book’s front cover: “Informative, well written and entertaining”. Says it all, really. It’s a great read that puts you in the hands of a “time lord” and sweeps you through the possibilities of time travel according to real physics.
