IT was the brilliantly opportunistic title that leapt out at me. Inside I found a crib-sheet for cynical funding applications, with implicit tips on just how far you might stretch the fundable buzzword “nanotechnology”. If you need Nanotechnology and Homeland Security (out in November), your bank manager knows who you are. And the award for best picture caption opportunity missed goes to: “Nanopants in action”.
