IN A bizarre experiment, cells from dead children and a dead man have been cloned by fusing them with cow eggs stripped of their DNA.

One of the resulting embryos grew to the 64-cell stage, Panos Zavos of the Andrology Institute of America claimed at a press conference in London on Tuesday. Studying the hybrid embryos will help pave the way for creating cloned babies using human eggs, Zavos says.
