TWITTER, the service that lets you post text-message-length comments from your computer or cellphone for the world to see, is everywhere right now. But even experts admit that it is confusing at first, and a few weeks of using it are needed to understand why so many people, businesses and governments are embracing it as a new dawn in communication.
