Rachel Kushner

Rachel Kushner is the author of Creation Lake, which has been shortlisted for the Booker Prize, as well as the bestselling novels The Mars Room, The Flamethrowers, and Telex from Cuba, short story collection The Strange Case of Rachel K and essaycollection The Hard Crowd. She has won the Prix Médicis and has also been shortlisted for the National Book Critics Circle Award and the Folio Prize. She has twice been a finalist for the National Book Award in Fiction.
