You are right. The point was badly expressed. It is not diluted to 1 in
10⁴⁰⁰ molecules in the pill itself, but rather it is so diluted beforehand that
there is only a 1 in 10⁴⁰⁰ chance of a molecule of the duck ending up in the
pill—Ed.
