Letter: Bouncing burgers

Your question “Meat or not?” (13 September, p 28) need not be such a dilemma, at least in Australia. There’s no need to wait for lab-grown meat. There’s already a solution bouncing around. Many commentators – including Ross Garnaut, author of the governmental report Climate Change in Australia – believe that switching from cattle and sheep to kangaroo could lead to a significant reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.
