Letter: Editor's reply to "Doubts on E-cigs are not just puritan"

• Since we received this, Public Health England has concluded that e-cigarettes are less harmful than cigarettes and help most smokers to quit (bit.ly/NSe-cigsruling). But concerns about e-cigs reducing the stigma of smoking may remain (1 November 2014, p 35).
